What exactly is BlueShak?

Blueshak is the first of its kind app for an easy to use mobile online store that combines single item sales and multiple item sales, and allows users to have their own social media app just for buying and selling. Use your mobile or cell phone to SNAP or choose an item photo, and upload the item for sale within minutes. It’s EASY and FAST!

Create a sale
If you want to sell multiple items at once, choose your items, snap a few pics or upload photos, and you’re ready to go! Potential buyers can bookmark your items and ask questions about them. You can decide which items are for post or pick up, and buyers can search for your items within a specific search radius.

How do I create my own BlueShak App account?

It’s simple!

Simply download the App, fill in your name and email details, fill in your mobile number, create your username and you’re done! A verification text message will be sent to your mobile to confirm your account, and you are ready to BlueShak!

Do I need to link my bank account to use BlueShak?

No. No bank details are held by BlueShak. User can buy and sell through their own PayPal accounts, providing reliable and secure transactions between buyers and sellers.

Payments between buyer and seller

BlueShak provides a mobile online store that allows users to have their own social media app for buying and selling. However, it is recommended that the buyer and seller meet in person – only when the buyer is able to inspect the item, then monetary transaction can take place.

Suggested ways for payments include:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Secure online payment such as PayPal

Do not accept payment via these methods:

  • Do NOT accept bank cheques
  • Do NOT accept Western Union wireless transfers

Interactions and negotiations between buyer and seller are the sole responsibility for each respective parties. BlueShak cannot be responsible for refunds or assist in dispute situations, which is set out in our terms and conditions.

Will BlueShak work on my mobile device?

Yes! BlueShak is specifically designed for mobile or cell phones. It works with all iPhones and Android phones.

Is it available in my country?

Yes, BlueShak is a global app.

Setting Up Your Account

Are their any fees involved?

No. It’s FREE! There are no fees involved.

Does it cost me anything to add items to sell?

NO! Users can post items to sell free of charge.

Can I upload more than one item to sell at a time?

Items are generally uploaded one by one, snap a photo, fill in the details and then move onto the next item. New Features for Blueshak will include a mass upload via an online portal. This will be very useful for retailers and users with many items to sell. Watch this space!

How do I manage my account?

It’s easy! Once your account has been set up, simply log in and select your profile page.

How secure is the admin area?

We treat your privacy and security online seriously. All data is stored in our online servers hosted by Amazon. Please read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I cancel my account?

We hope you don’t want to close your account, but we make it easy. Simply email us at support@blueshak.com and we will close your account. We will also send you a confirmation email.

Can I set up more than one account at a time?

Yes. However, every account must be associated with a unique user and it must also be associated with a mobile or cell number for verification purposes.
